Sometimes life can be overwelming, we know...

Under pressure to feel awesome and everybody is telling you this is your ‘moment to shine’?
As life starts getting back to a new ‘normal’, social diaries are overflowing and simply having a conversation with more than one person can feel overwhelming!
Create some valuable ‘me time’, re acclimatise and find a moment to truly relax.

Everybody tells you

you should appreciate what you have

"We need to learn to want what we have, not to have what we want, in order to get stable and steady happiness"

Be happy and feel grateful
Gratitude has been hailed by science and spiritual teachers for its benefits. It increases happiness, resilience, motivation to exercise and productivity at work as well as improving sleep.
Start a gratitude diary: Write down 5 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning. Do it for 21 days and see what happens.
Enjoy your new free time
Enjoying is an active process. And you are free to do whatever you like. Feel free to make it pleasurable. It is your own, personal Me-Time. Relearn to do something for yourself.
Have a date or appointment with yourself. Set a timer and commit to taking time out. Be realistic. Start with 3 x 10 minutes instead of 3 x half an hour.
Upskill and rejuvenate
Overwhelmed by all the possibilities? So much to do but where to start? Slow down instead of procrastinating. Time is passing by. If you agree or if you don’t. Take babysteps. This is new for all of us.
“One time, one meeting.” This is what the Japanese say so eloquently to summarise their ancient tradition of Tea ceremony: ‘Ichi-go Ichi-e’
STOP!

we’ll stop telling you what you should and shouldn’t do

And the biggest challenge is:
The work seems to have no end!
You constantly feel exhausted, because you never take any breaks.
There seems to be no such thing as “feierabend”
Yes - you are allowed to scream out loud!

Let Go

Let it out! Sing loudly and disjointedly in the shower, laugh with your best friend, write all your feelings down and burn after.

Create

Create a ‘me space’ to withdraw. Declutter a small space that becomes your “me space”. Create your “unwind box” and store your laptop/ notebook there after work.

Small changes and easy routines will help you with that
Make your own "me time" ritual

Treat yourself with this pleasure for 10 Minutes a day! These minutes are for you and your own well being. A cup of tea is the perfect companion for that.

Treat yourself to

what matters most for you and what results in success

This is what people are saying
Solaris Teas are a balm. The aesthetic of the teas reminds us that the Chinese thought of tea as poetry, whilst in Japan tea was elevated into a religion of aestheticism – Teaism. Solaris teas invite us to open the door of Teaism, to take pause and lose ourselves for a moment, to enjoy our own tea ceremony, however fleeting.

I was delighted to be able to find a way to help my staff in a natural, holistic way to get through these troubling times. Working from home and especially with conference calls can get super intense and Solaris teas are an excellent way to take time out of the day, step back relax and sip on Solaris’s amazing range of teas. I know my staff really appreciate the gesture.

I love tea. My wife was concerned that I was drinking too much of it (black teas). So I needed to find something what I wanted to drink instead and there they were: The herbal infusions of Solaris Tea. I feel more energised and hydrated. My headache is gone and my wife is fine with me drinking two litres a day... or more
